Cancellation Policy
Dr. Becker is aware of and sensitive to the fact that an emergency may occur in a rare instance, preventing you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, cancellations, especially last minute ones, along with patient no-shows, limit our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of other patients. We therefore ask for your full cooperation with the following policy.
To provide the best care to all our patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may incur a $50 no-show or late cancellation fee. A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation, no-show, or balance due after your visit. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
